Who are the Mazzeis?

Chris and Erin Mazzei are a conservative family devastated by unfair prosecution after their TV project about organized crime and Government corruption in Hawaii was warped into PPP fraud to tank the production, even though they followed bank loan originator guidelines during the application process. Paid back the majority of the loan and never applied for forgiveness. The Mazzei's live in California yet it was the Hawaii district that prosecuted them...

What happened to them?

They were victims of prosecutorial misconduct that destroyed their lives. Court transcript show every lie AUSA Gregg Yates said in court that can be proven a lie with hard evidence. This same prosecutor forced the Mazzei's family home they purchased in 2017 that had over $1,000,000 in equity into foreclosure and then sent agents to the auction to bid on the house using the funds the Mazzei's paid back on the original PPP loan. Now their son is suffering from extreme panic attacks.

How can President Trump help?

By granting clemency, President Trump can right this injustice and reunite the Mazzei family, saving their kids from future damage.

Roger Stone, Rod Blagojevich, Mike Davis, John Koufos and Charlie Kirk called Chris weeks before his assassination with his support.

Both the Department of Justice, Office of Professional Responsibility and FBI Director Kash Patel confirmed in a letter to the Mazzei's that he has sent the concerning information and documents about AUSA Gregg Yates to the Los Angeles district to investigate the misconduct coming out of the Hawaiian District.
