In July 2025 the Mazzei's were able to get there story to Alice Marie Johnson through creative means. She has their paperwork as Erin still sits in prison praying to return to her family.

On the recommendation of Mike Davis the Mazzei's sent Pardon Attorney Ed Martin a complete copy of the clemency packet.
